Recent research shows that aerobically active seniors are not only more physically fit, they're more mentally fit as well. Chalk another one up for the ancient Greeks who placed just as much emphasis on physical fitness as they did on intellectual skills. (I don't know, maybe it's just me, but it seems like Socrates was carying around a few extra pounds before going on the Hemlock diet plan.)
