No Cop-Out Left Behind

Is federal government intervention, via the No Child Left Behind act, the best way of improving American education? Is it even a good way? In my current commentary for the Mackinac Center, I got out my gnarly stick (see photo, above) and ran the NCLB through the Gantelope to find out.

I'm particularly fond of the uncooked meat analogy. Mmmmmm.
